I woke up feeling human again!  Much better this morning, it must have been some kind of 24 hour bug.  Lana had packed most of our stuff last night as I slept (what a girl!), so we had some time...lets go to the beach!  Lana never gets tired of the beach (OK, I like it, too).  We arraigned a late check out (12:30, since our flight was not until 3:35), settled out tab at the cafe, and soaked up some rays.  It was so nice to feel good again!  After our beach time we showered and walked into town to eat at an outdoor barbeque (they locals call them "lolos") that we had seen earlier.  A half rack of ribs, rice, beans, salad, coleslaw, plantains, mac and cheese, pasta, and some other stuff, all piled on to one plate, for $8.  This was our cheapest meal on the island, was great, and too much for either of us to finish!

Our cab to the airport was right on time, and before we knew it, we were boarding the airplane to head back home.  We took our seats, and a few minutes later, the person in the aisle seat arrived...it was Berry, the guy that sat beside us on the way down!  We laughed at the coincidence and shared stories about our visit.  Somewhere along the way it came out that this was a wedding trip for us.  Berry looked puzzled.  Was the wedding on Tuesday at Cupecoy?  Yes...  He had been there!  He had seen the archway set up and had mentioned to his friends that there was going to be a wedding later in the day, but never imagined that it was us!

Our flights went smoothly, customs and immigration was a touch slow in Atlanta, but we had plenty of time.  We had dinner at a Chili's in the airport and could not help but notice how much better the food had been on the island!  We catnapped on the flight to Panama City, and ended up back at the house right around 11PM.  When we got home, there was a big fruit basket and a bottle of champagne waiting for us on the kitchen table from friends and family...thanks!
