Well, there you have it. Another successful trip in the books. The flight delays, a night in the airport, and other problems at the beginning of the trip were irritating, and the Alaskan weather this year was not as good as last, but the trip was still great. The time in Vancouver was wonderful, with great weather the whole time. We wanted to go to Victoria Island, but the transit would have taken too much time, so we hope to go back and spend a week there, maybe next year.
I still have not gotten to ride my motorcycle to Alaska. The timing just didn't work. But a few days before I wrote this, I made reservations for the Memorial Day HyderSeek rally in Hyder, Alaska. Three years in a row to Alaska? Gotta be something wrong with me...
